There are four active congregations in Forman.  Hope Assembly of God, Interm pastor., pastor; Forman Congregational Church, Richard Lows, pastor; Trinity Lutheran Church, Chris Gaule, pastor; and St. Mary's Catholic Church, Reverend Tom Feltman, pastor.

St. Mary's Catholic Church:

Office Hours:  8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Mass every Wednesday at 9:00 AM at St. Mary's Church.
Mass every Thursday at 9:00 AM at Four Seasons Healthcare Center.
The weekend Mass is on a rotating time schedule:  Please call 724-3319 for a recorded Mass time for the weekend.

Forman Congregational Church:

The Forman Congregational Church is a member of a tri-parish consisting of the Forman Congregational, Havana Congregational and Rutland Baptist Churches.  Each church maintains a building in their respective town.  Services are held every 3rd month in each town.  The pastor is Richard Lows.  Services are at 9 AM in which ever town they meet that month.

Bible study is always held at the Forman church at 2 PM on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
The Forman Church is also shared by the Hope Assembly of God.
